Confused Are internal vibrations and shakiness sfn related?

I've already stated I haven't been diagnosed yet but i would like to know if internal vibrations/jitters/tremors are common with sfn? Also I've been shaky on the outside too.No stress, new meds,or existing meds.Does this sound familar to anyone?
