Default Should I reschedule QSART?

I have a bad cold that just came on and I can't stop coughing. The part I'm worried about being affected by this is the tilt table. My appt. is this Tuesday, the next available is June 29,so that's not long considering I've waited 3 months for the June 15 slot.I want this test to be very accurate of course and don't want my heart rate and bp to be elevated from me hacking up a lung on the table. What do you think?

I think you have to ask your doctor.

Ask if taking a cough suppressant like DM would be allowed.
But you cannot use DM with certain drugs... SSRI, SSNI antidepressants.

Did the directions for the test give you any restrictions?

From what I remember the instructions were to only take my neccessary prescribed meds. They want absolutely nothing to effect the results.I'll probably cancel to be on the safe side.I've been excited about this test to get a positive or negative result just so I have some sort of answer. But I figure what's another 2 weeks of waiting.I've been suffering for 13 months.
