Default Please help me calm down

Hello. I am shaking. I have been ill for years with Chronic Fatigue. Then last year, I got VERY ill with what I think now is Disautonomia.

I was watching a You Tube video about it and they mentioned small fiber neuropathy. I was sick. I think I have that in my feet. I am sure this all goes together.

I am going to see my doctor next week, but I am shaking, reading Google about it. I am lucky I also found your site about supplements that help.

I really need some guidance. I can hardly type, so nervous and afraid. Seems like I keep getting one thing after another. Things that are hard to help. I have been reading about supplements here and that gave me hope. I already take b12 pills and lCarnetine and many others, guided by my doctor.
