Default Probiotics

Hello,
There are times when we have to take antibiotics, my question should one take probiotics after taking the medicine. thanks

Yes, I think so. Or at least eat some quality yogurt daily.
Stoneyfield has 6 organisms in it and is one of the best IMO.

Things like Zithromax have less impact on the bowel.
Amoxicillin, would be worse.

I sure hope you don't get Levaquin or Cipro! See if Zithromax would be okay with your doctor.

Sulfa is not to bad either.

But it is best to take a probiotic or the yogurt while on the antibiotic and for at least 2 weeks after. Yogurt is really good because it is high in calcium and very nutritious in general.
