I have once in a while get these sharp grabbing pain in my left chest that only last for seconds. The strange thing is that when it happens I get these sharp pain down my left upper leg. Can this be from neuropathy? I was told that I have sensory and motor neuropathy and not the other. I thought the sensory and motor pn only affects the legs and arms.

I can't remember what you have posted before. Do you have Hereditary Motor Sensory Neuopathy (HMSN)? Aka CMT. If so, your diaphragm can be affected. The pain going down your left leg; could that be sciatica?
