Don't look at me on the joke thing.
BTW, restless leg is associated with low iron, low ferritin, and RLS is also associated with neuropathy. I would not be surprised if there was a relationship.

LOL Yeah, I pondered on how to say it and there was just no other way.
I have a funny story about that line: I had a Oncologist come in with his wife one evening, she was picking up her stuff. So I started to talk with him, and ask him some questions I had burning in my mind, and discovered he knew NOTHING about supplements and chemo. So I gave him the reference to buy on nutrient depletions, etc, and he became interested and we talked and I delivered that factoid, and he bought 2 bottles of Zinc picolinate from me! (Zinc is depleted by ACE inhibitors used for blood pressure which he must have been using himself!) Its a good line for parties when the conversation veers off into adult matters too! It's never failed me. But I do appreciate restraint on the forums here... we can all chuckle at our monitors instead...and my kitty in fact is wondering what is so funny right now! LOL She sits here with me on her cat mat.

My hubby brought home Horny Goatweed.....
I told him he was nuts.... he wasn't.... it works.... I almost ate my straw hat. I guess he now needs more zinc. Who knows what lurks in mother nature's bosom....perhaps we need to protect some of these species.

Yes, Horny Goat weed, works in a similar way to Viagra.
It releases Nitric Oxide. It is much safer than yohimbe or yohimbine.
