Long story short I have been DX for 6 years with RSD and PN due to nerve damage from a serious accident. So for the 6 years I just really concentrated on the RSD and I just ignored the PN. Why, just to much I quess. I no that sounds crazy but yesterday I saw my PM doc and we had a conversation on PN. What prompted this talk was I have been suffering so much with pain from the humidity this summer I can't take it anymore.
So after 6 years I am welcoming any advise, treatments PN patients use, doctors in NYC or NJ, CT that are good with PN, meds that work etc. I know you all think I'm crazy I'm not just denial. He wants to try a series of 3 Stellate Ganglion Blocks, which I had in the beginning and they helped with the RSD but not the PN. But he is doing it with ultral sound guidance which is a first for me. Prior I had them done with flouroscopy guidance. So I'll try it...Again any advise is welcomed good or bad.. Thanks to everyone.
