Hey Melody.
Here's how the "Mystical Ball" works. Take a look at the zero (snowflake number). When you go up to one you therefore subtract one and go back to zero. Go up two - you subtract two, up three - subtract three. Since we count with a base ten system a snowflake repeats as necessary every nine numbers so that you will always drop back to one.
