Default Feeling a little stronger these days

As the title says! Lately I have been feeling stronger and better able to be on my feet for longer periods of time. Today I was able to teach standing up (with my walker) instead of sit in my Wheelchair, and not come home feeling horrible.
I have been really diligent about swimming for the last 3 months now and I think it is paying off, my weight is down, my energy level is up, and my legs feel a little stronger.

My doctor increased my gabapentin to 4800 mg a day, a while back and I think that has helped as well.

My AFO is still uncomfortable though, I think I need to make an apt with the foot doc to have her look at it and determine if it is made correctly. The right foot AFO is much more comfortable than the left.

I also read up on the lacing strategies thread that was reposted earlier this week and some adjustments to both lacing and footwear have helped as well.

I have size 9.5 feet and was trying to cram my AFOs into size 10 shoes. I finally decided to go out and get new ones, size 11.5 Much better.
