Thumbs up

I have been given a 'step' for under my desk at work, it has a
moveable top and I take my shoes and socks off and Swing my legs all day long, it is the only thing I get relief from- I am constantly stretching all lower leg muscles. Gets quite embarrassing if someone comes into my office in winter and I am in my bare feet lol.
