I am married with no children. Although my husband is understanding, I know it gets on his nerves. We have been married for 29 years and I have been sick for about 21 or so years of our married life... It is hard on him and I try not to vent too often. A little normalcy goes along way in our household...

Don't worry about the cleaning. It will get done - sooner or later. You are not alone. Please remember that.

I think swimming is the one thing keeping me going these days, not only physically but it helps with my anxiety and worries as well, its nice to imagine all the troubles washing out of me into the water while I swim.

Hurt like the dickens today though, I have a sore on my foot that hasnt healed in a few months, and it is right on top of a spot on my foot where the nerves are very hyper sensitive, so in the pool, the chlorine made it feel like someone was putting out a cigarette on my foot, it burned so bad. Owwee.

I kept going though. And felt better afterward.
