Default Penile Neurophathy- Any Help Greatly Appreciated

First off I'd like to say hello to everything and my prayers go out to all of you who are suffering with neuropathy.

I am a 28yr old male and basically my own story is, and I apologise for being frank with this, I was "rough" with my penis on one occasion 16months ago and immediately noticed a plethora of symptoms but most tellingly I immediately noticed a numbness in my penis and scrotum. I lost about 85% of the sensation in those areas and they have not improved to this day.

I am convinced I have torn the dorsal nerve, or another peripheral nerve, running along the top of the penis.

I will not bore you with how hellish my life has become over this (the "compression injury", as my urologist described is, has also given me erectile dysfunction and caused me penis to shrink) I am just hoping for for some advice as to the potential healing of this injury and any supplements I could take to help this process. I am fully aware that nerves heal poorly and I could be looking at the rest of my life living with this numbness.

Best wishes and thank you.
