Default Yes--

--the Cornell Weill Center for Peripheral Neuropathy, which has recently moved from Madison Avenue to York Avenue in Manhattan (to the campus of Cornell Medical School--and another branch has recently been opened up at its partner, Columbia Presbyterian in upper Manahattan) is one of the world's maor centers in neuropathy research, especially in autoimmune and metabolic causes of neuropathy.

Their clinical practice is informed by their research, and they are state-of-the-art as to testing, so it's well worth getting evaluated there, though it is expensive without insurance, and one often has to get on a waiting list for an appointment.
