Default Taurine

Okay today I came across taurine while looking for ways to relieve cramps and neuropathy stuff. Has anyone tried it or has recommendations on it as to if its ok with other vitamins and with alpha lipoic and cq10.

I went to a naturopath today and I was so disappointed cause the product she wanted to sell me was reliv and when I looked it up it's a puramid scheme. I was hopin she would recommend diet and different herbs and vitamins but nothing just do the shakes. She just said eat fruits
And veggies. She did iridology and did idodine test on my hand. So dissappinted .
I didn't buy the stuff as it was expensive and I research before buying.

So it just sucks.

Thankyou
Tulips

Taurine is for the heart. Some people with Tourette's use it too.

I have used taurine for my gall bladder. It seems to correct slow bile movement and improve bile content by complexing cholesterol. This can prevent stones.

I use Jarrow brand, when I take it. I take it for 6mos at a time at 1000mg a day. It is not expensive or have any negative side effects for me.

I am not sure what it will do for you, however, Tulips.

iherb.com is one of the most affordable sites to use to buy brand name products and also unusual things not often in stores. Many of us use them. I've used them for almost 10 yrs. At one time they were just about the only place with methylcobalamin! But now that has changes, as methyl B12 becomes more used, understood and popular.

here is a monograph on it:

I think that puzzling kidney condition needs further exploration.

If you are bleeding electrolytes out of damaged kidneys, you could have paresthesias in the skin as a result.
