I just came across the exact blood work taken in respect to the paraneoplastic syndrome:
Anti-Hu - Negative Yo Antibody - Negative Jo1 Antibody - Negative ANA - Negative ESR 5 - Negative What worries me is the Anti-Ri slipped through the cracks and was never done........ I will ask for it in 2 weeks when I see Neuro. Until then.......How significant would this Anti-Ri be if others are ok? Thanks in Advance. Last edited by invisable; 11-06-2010 at 05:54 PM. --is that if all the others are negative that one would likely be negative as well, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to have it done. And it is a good thing they are all negative--the likelihood that you have an occult neoplasm behind all this is greatly reduced.
