Default Msg

I've begun to notice an exacerbation of my neuropathy symptoms after eating foods containing MSG. I first noticed this connection when my symptoms definitely increased in intensity after eating chinese food on several occasions. My internet research of MSG revealed that it is found in many processed foods. i'm now trying to avoid MSG as best i can. Last night, however, I had a sauce out at a restaurant that, based on my increase in symptoms, I'm sure must have contained MSG. Just wondering if any one else has noticed an exacerbation of neuropathy symptoms associated with ingestion of MSG.

Lightbulb

Oh, yes. I get burning from MSG... also blurred vision.

Soups, and restaurant food, flavored corn chips and flavored anything is typically high.
