Default B12 Injection Doses ?
I recently acquired 30ml of methylcobalamin online and noticed that its recommend you take 1ml x2 month ( this is for regular folk of course ) .

Just wondered then what sort of doses others are taking here , and what sort experiences / benefits you've had ?
