Which tests for those of us w/PN should be done HOW often?

Nerve Conduction: Every how many months?/Years?
Spinal Assay: Same ?s Months/Years?
Blood Work: Which tests? How often? Months/Years?

Are there pro or con aspects to testing? If so, what?
