Default Ammunition to ease the pain

Hey guys over the past months I have been building up a defense against this pain and have realised I have a nice list that I use to fight the pain. I thought it would be good to start a thread listing ways in which we fight the pain, so here is my list....

Medical Rebuilder
Epsom salts in lukewarm water
Gel filled cold compress(the best for me)
Leg massager
Accupuncture(I administer this myself)
Peppermint foot cooling cream
Biofreeze gel
Cotton socks instead of tights(but i need to start buying my own, hubby is complaining lol)
Comfy shoes
A step under my desk at work to elevate my feet from the ground
Neurotalk webpage and all my friends here who understand

All this in addition to the pills..............................
