I'm proud for you Bob B and knew you could do it. Now just keep on tallying how many $$$$$$ your saving each week and think about the best way you can spend it - like maybe a trip for you and the Mrs to Hawaii.
As for the weight gain - I don't know what to advise you about that other than to just quit eating. LoL
Good luck and keep it up.

Congratulations! You can keep going. I quit smoking 1 1/2 years ago and it gets easier every day to stay smoke free.

Good job. Bob! If I could do it, you surely can. And rose is right--it does get easier as time goes by. I rarely think about it unless I see or smell it, and those times don't even bother me.

Too bad my PN started about a month after I quit though--that still makes me mad.
