Default Most of us are cranky because of PN PAIN? Not WW!

And, as you know, PN PAIN is far worse than other ww issues?
We've real medical issues that cause PAIN in degrees most folks cannot imagine! I'm not belittling WW per se? I suspect that folks aren't happy they can't EAT what they want, in the amounts they want...w/o consequence?
So you gained some? Who hasn't? Just start to eat smart and prudently ...plus constructive exercises for the PN and to regain muscle strength.
We fight a different war? In that OUR PAIN tells US and our bodies to keep still. But what we should be doing IS KEEP MOVING! But, very carefully.
It can be an instinct over practial matter or a WAR of self.
MOVING and regaining strength are correct goals to try and achieve!
That and get the best diagnoses and treatments that you can! Also? Take a look at MrsD's threads Here: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum49.html

And at the top of the 'stickies' here. There is a wealth of info there and it's free? Given freely by folks who've been where you are!
Many of us can and do get 'cranky' at times? But we all try not to take it out on anyone. Don't give up, don't be afraid to be shy here? We don't bite, as a rule, and usually don't pontificate or the like. We just want to help others get thru what we've gone thru...and all that which can confuse the mind beyond reality! Hugs 's - j
