Default Lidocaine patch for PN

A lady in church has fibromyalgia. She showed me some RX item Lidocaine patches for pain relief. Has anyone used them? I have appointment coming up with pain specialist. Are they worth mentioning? She thinks they help her a lot.

If you search Lidoderm here using the search function in the upper right of the index page of PN you will see 138 posts as of today.

Here is one of mine:

I have had less success with them, than for other pain issues that I have. I don't use them on my feet often.

I use them on my back and knees. Placement is very important to get good results.

They've been helping me for some time now. Using those along with ice therapy makes a huge difference. Make sure to follow the instructions as to how many patches you can use and how ofter. They may be just the thing you need. Best of luck to all of us.
