Default Swelling and Inflammation

For the first 4 years of PN and RSD I did not have swelling or burning. The past many months I have had a lot. Is there any med that can help with this? Or anything I can do? It makes my legs and feet feel smashed and the pain is so high.
On a side note I do have a dx of my legs but my eyes I feel are a guess. I have been to 10 eye specialist, neurologist, rheumatologist I could go on. I was dx with dry eye and blepheritis but none of the treatments helped and the pain became so bad and goes from the eyes to the ear. That is why mris were done of that too. My dx of dry eye and bleph should not cause this pain.
In general I feel my body has so much inflammation or something. My skin is raw and dry,I have a smokers cough and flem but never smoked, constant pressure almost in my body. Then of course the pain of my legs, eyes, ears I could go on. I know things like fish oil are supposed to help with inflammation but is there anything else?
I am just so lost and tired between the physical pain,a few hours nightly of sleep, anxiety, having been to so many doctors and treatments I dont even know what to do. I do see a psychiatrist and did biofeedback to help with the mental impact but that only helps so much. Sorry if I should of posted this on rsd. I never know since I have both

Well, there are diuretics for edema. But it is best to catch the trigger and fix that.

1) A severe problem with thiamine, will cause beriberi. It involves swelling. So I'd get some inexpensive OTC thiamine and take 300mg a day for a week, and see if that helps. Take it 100mg 3 times a day.
If that seems to help, then switch to the benfotiamine type 300mg daily to start.

2) swelling can be from the Neurontin you take. Report this to the doctor. It is a common side effect. Edema, especially in the legs also can come from opiate therapy for pain.

3) swelling can be from nephrotic syndrome, a failure of the kidneys. This requires blood work to reveal.

4) heart failure will cause massive edema, and requires a doctor to evaluate it.

Swelling is a serious event, and requires medical intervention.
It can be a side effect to opiate pain therapy, but still get a doctor to check you out.

Putting all those symptoms together could also indicate something environmental - like in the home - or allergies. Do the symptoms coincide with any major changes like remodeling, new carpeting, bathroom, kitchen.... New living quarters? Flooding (mold)?

Just something to rule out.

Thank you both. I need to get a new gp. Of course this will be my 4th new one over 4 years. I have not had bloodwork in awhile but the many times I have the only issues I have had were the liver being high but last bloodwork bak into normal,my blood sugar was increasing, and b12 was so high. I read that about neurontin on here. I don't even think that med is helping me. It seems to me meds help me for a very short time and then they don't. I have seen that with my sleep meds on countless of times.
As for environment no I don't have allergies and have been moving around so much. I do feel when it is humid and I am in FL it is even worse. I was going to move again but I fear more bad happening and it is nuts how much I move. I have lived in 3 states MI,FL,CA,and spent time in OH when I was at Cleveland Clinic. All have some issues with weather since I have conflicting conditions too with my eyes like humid/warm and my legs like dry/warm. I want to get tested for sjogrens again. I don't think I read though about swelling with that. I do have the dry eyes, dry mouth, skin problems, nerve pain I could go on.
Ok sorry to go on. Thank you again
