If you are getting weakness in your leg, I think you need to have some nerve studies done. I have sensorimotor axonal neuropathy, and the motor damage shows up in my legs and hip. The hip damage makes me unable to lift my leg, but it doesn't hurt in any way. I just can't lift it. I think you need to make an appointment with your neurologist.
