Default Need Seattle area TOS doctor, please help

Hello,

Does anyone know a good MD in Seattle area for diagnosing and treatment of neurologic TOS and other upper extremity entrapment neuropathies? I am sick and sick and tired of dismissive and ignorant doctors.

Thank you
