Default PAIN - again

Sorry to be a broken record again and again but the last 5 days have been a real nightmare for pain, not helped at all by an almost total lack of sleep. No relief from the burning cold - Lyrica (no higher dose due to s/e's), Ultracet (like M&M's now), Me-B12, warm epsom salt soaks, TENS, heating pads, even my standby heated mattress pad - none have been helpful.
2-Fingers of Jack Daniels (thumb and pinkie) crossed my mind but not my lips - I figured that and Ultracet probably don't go well together.
Not really asking for answers - I know everyone is different and PN is a lifetime - just blowing off steam - or ice would be more accurate.
