Here is a thread I just made on this new topic:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread146245.html It appears that this new treatment for psoriasis, is being explored for other autoimmune inflammatory diseases. It is quite possible it might eventually be used for PN (the autoimmune type). The link in that post, shows fumarate going head to head with methotrexate for psoriasis... That is quite an accomplishment!
