Default potassium?

HI

I am woundering if taking extra potasium is safe. try to see if it helps the spasms. I am not dificient in blood. Only other way i am taking is in the ionic fizz.

It is not safe to self medicate with potassium IMO.

You can choose foods high in this mineral:

Cantloupe is very high. Over 1000mg /half melon

V8 juice also high.

If your blood work was normal... I'd not recommend artificial supplements. OTC limits on potassium are 99mg/tablet ...not worth the money. Use that money to buy food instead.

Potassium in food is extracted by the body in a more safe manner.
