Default strange feeling, has anyone experienced this?

Today I suddenly got what I can only describe as a tingling fizzy tongue (like pins and needles). This may have been down to anxiety but I was not feeling particularly anxious at the time. This has happened to me a few times, anyone had the same or similar or am I really losing the plot!

As a new person to all this and to this forum I am still trying to learn (and not be afraid) so I am sorry if this is silly question to ask here.

There are never silly questions. We all have similiar symptoms, and different symptoms. I have never experienced anything with my tongue, so I can't help you with that.

Welcome to the forum.'

Why do you park on a driveway and drive on a parkway?

Lightbulb some tongue symptoms

can be due to food. I have even seen people who react to hard candies
that way.

Try and see if certain times are when you eat something specific.

Hey Lupin

Got it going on right now. Those feelings come and go. I am not afraid anymore. This month is my two year anniversary of living with this sh**. I have not gotten better, but have not gotten worse. Although, somethings are better.

I feel lucky as I work, and am able to live my life with pain medications. I take a ton of vitamins and supplements too. Please read the sticky's at the top. I felt my best when I gave up sweets, and white flours. But, I am a chocolaholic (sp?), so I fell off the wagon.
