Angry At wits end

I have neuropathy for about 5 yrs now, the good part is it is only in the front of both feet, the bad news is nothing is working anymore for the pain. I have changed my diet and I have taken a number of different pills, now I am on Lyrica 375mg and Ultram 200mg cr and 50mg inbetween. I have tried all the other medications for neuropathy, the in most cases they do not work or they make me a zombie. The last thing I am using is “The Rebuilder”, which was working great until I had my knee surgery. I did not use it for the first 2 weeks after the surgery but then I started using it again. At that time everything seems to have stopped helping me and my neuropathy has gotten much worse, nothing is helping with the pain. It is over 3 week since I have had a good night sleep and there has been a few days where it has not stopped hurting for over 36 hrs. My Neurologist says he does not know where to go now.
My big question is is they’re a way to block only the nerves coming from the front of my feet temporarily or that can be reversed at some point in time?
