Thanks Lupin, i am at home now thank god, only had to stay 5 days post op in hospital, apparently that's the minimum amount of days before they will let you out after a total hip replacement.

I can only speak for myself but though we have our own pain , its good to see one of our own doing so well. especially one as nice and helpful as you.

Yes Billye, i am have been doing a lot more resting during the day [ elevating of my leg ] which has helped a lot, do a lot of " non weight bearing " exercises as well, i am going along fine now , thanks.
I hope you are going along ok too.
