Default Whats happening to my hands?

have so much pain in my fingertips its unbearable and I can hardly do anything. I type with my nails. Mostly just the fingertip pads, I also noticed that I can't get touch screens to work with them.
Yesterday my fingers became swollen, red, kind of blue and my palms were blotchy red. I did do some typing on the computer and a friend of mine noticed it before I did.
Still can't see the neuro till end of June.

hope this doesn't post twice, sorry if it does.

Do you have sensitivity to cold? The color changes sound like maybe Raynaud's. The blood vessels restrict and this is often brought on by cold, but not always. My mom had this as part of her scleroderma CREST variant.

I have an annular tear here too, along with a conjoined left L5-S1 nerve root. Mild effacement of the thecal sac at the origins of the bilateral S1 nerve roots, left greater than right. Mild bilateral Neural foraminal stenosis.
