It is not recommended to take alot of calcium when you take high dose Vit D. It would be best to get another capsule of plain Vit D without calcium, and use it alone. You can buy 1000IU or 2000IU easily today. Vit D improves calcium absorption, and the max recommended now by some doctors for their patients on Vit D supplements is 600mg a day. When you buy things mixed with other things it is not easy and sometimes not good for everything in the mix when you only need one thing increased.
Failure with Lidoderm patches is often due to putting them in the wrong place. Where did you put them? I have a thread here on placement: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/sh...light=lidoderm There is a link on that thread to a place with a 3D nerve diagram which can be very helpful to locate spots to put the patches.
