Yes Marty. I've had to up the dose but I'm at the max and not going any higher. Sadly, the extended release isn't available in a generic yet. I use other meds with it and I've got room to increase those.

Yep, yep, yep. Well, I wouldn't say I could live with the pain except for the footwear, but jeepers, what to put on our feet is a problem. I just left a huge back of shoes I've worn once and brand new never worn socks for the Vietnam Veterans. At least someone might get some use out of them.
