Default Question about the sensations

Hello

I have this crazy painful sensation in full legs an full arms and face an all. Besides usual tingling. This is extreme painfull test at time dull and sharp constant flow of sensation. It's almost like restless leg but with restless when moved it's suppose to decrease the sensation. To me Whn I move these sensations are intensifying.
Like stretching will induce it. When I bend my beck it zaps it down my arms stronger. Even bending neck will make it feel in legs.

Just laying Dosent get rid of feeling. I just lay and feel constant buzzing and it's like a deep painful goosebump muscle tearing sharp sensation.
So when I rub my legs together laying down like feet to feet it make the deep throbbing sharp pain even worse. Same with hands. If I rub one hand with another I am left withore painful sensation and sensation of a buzzing feeling( similar to holding a vibrating massage, that you feel for a bit even when you let go of it.

So holding phone, typing, moving my hands in the air will all make it worse.
Bending my arm it does in whole arm.

It's really wired and intensifying too much.
I have this is sudden patches on face and neck.

But this is wierd. I have had this before but it's worse.
Laying down the internal twitch vibration is worse.

But along with this sensation it's like rAin showers of twitch to zaps to drugs to spasms.
As of now I am getti scared of this sensation as ita so painful.
Even as my arms go back and forth while walking intensifies it in arm and hands

Does it make any sense.
Also burns in muscle quick I just lifted my arm for few seconds and it burns. I mean i was already having sensations but I lift arm and it burns

Thankyou
Tulips

Tulip, what meds are you taking? Stress causes damage and pain is the biggest stress I have had and I have had plenty of stress in my life!

getting the pain under control can only help. Strange thing, ATM Im having a very bad flair or it could be permanent I dont know but all of a sudden I swear some one is trying to squeeze my feet out of their skin. Its alarming it feels like they will explode into a chunks of red meat at any moment thats how intense it is. gone from a 3-4 to 7 on pain scale. Typing this its at a 4 again but when I stop , lay down , I can willingly increase the pain back up just by focusing on it. Thats what I mean about stress.

If its still there tomorrow Im back on everything and will throw steroids in for a good mix .

I hope your treating your pain its amazing how much meds the body can take. Do whats needed to de-stress your body even if unfortunately it has to be chemical orientated IMO.
