Have what was called "mild" hypothyroidism, probably Hasimoto's as a result of Sjogren's, but don't think that's the reason for my change in heat/cold tolerance.
Never could stand extremes of either cold or heat, but since this thing began, can stand cold by far better than heat. Going too close to the oven when the food is done or the clothes dryer after it stops and the heat gets to my face makes me jump back because it burns. Only need one lightweight blanket even in winter. That's a BIG change from previously. Nobody has been able to explain this. Oh, well. Sheltiemom |

I just wish that there were more consistent "rules"...sometimes a breeze on my feet or legs is soothing, and other times it's painful. If there were rules, you could preemptively manage things a little better.
![]() And I get what you're saying Sheltiemom, nobody ever seems to explain anything to my satisfaction either.

Pre PN..... I was a huge fan of A/C.....As I sit here at 230 am.....parts of my body love the the a/c but my toes are saying other things like where is the heating blanket! Seems you just can't win!
