A burning sensation. It is similar to the burning feeling I get in my feet.

Default If one has compromise--

--of the pudendal nerve or any of its branches, it can certainly produce neuropathy symptoms there. (So can compression of the S2, S3 or S4 nerve roots of the sacrum, which provide branches to that area.)

Lightbulb

I have found that spicy food, affects me quite a bit.

If I have any peppers in seasonings (Nightshade veggies) there can be payback the next day in the nether regions.

Some spices come out in the urine, too, which complicates things.

I think this is probably more common in older women who are past the menopause, as tissues thin a bit with the loss of estrogen.

Also a low grade yeast thing may inflame you a bit. There is a one day OTC treatment for vaginal yeast, you might try.

If you are past menopause, be careful with any soap and cleaning "down there". I use baby shampoo and in very small amounts. Soap that is not 100% rinsed off can be very irritating!

I have noticed that any odd pain, does seem to inflame my feet.
I bumped my hand a few days ago and scraped off some skin. It didn't look like much but it really started to burn and itch (no readness), and I was uncomfortable all over during that, for some odd reason. Now it is healed over finally, and it still starts to itch now and then. And I don't dare scratch the new skin etc.
It was about 1/2 the area of a dime!
