Jon -

If you decide to try this, hope it or anything else you try helps.

Best wishes,

Sheltiemom

Mala - yeah, the Magnesium oil (which is in a pump-spray bottle) makes my skin very rubbery and I don't like the sensation/feeling of it. I've tried it for several days and have seen no relief. I have not tried on my face, as I'm too chicken to do that yet. I'm thinking that doubling the Lyrica is beginning to help - but, I still have more severe issues in the afternoon and evening. It's awful...I'm about ready to try the other OTC remedy suggested.

Oh well it was worth a try. Good luck with other OTC remedies. I had a lignacaine infusion today which gives me around three weeks of relief but this is organised through the pain clinic and doesn't seem widely used in the US.
