I received the results of my brain MRI. There were 4 white spots (2 @ 2mm and 2 @ 4mm). The neuro doesn't think they are anything to worry about at this time. He wants me to come back in 6 mths for another MRI to compare. I'm so tired of testing!

Sorry I just asked about this on the other thread before I noticed it. I am not familiar with what this means but can understand being tired of tests. Hope you feel better

But, I'm not worried. They are the results of concussions and falls from ages ago. You just have to play back your life's memory bank to recall them.
Most likely, these particular type of spots will not change in the future.
It's best to be patient and go back as requested to ease your mind of further possible problems.
My advice, from one who has been tested far more than I'd like to recall? GO! Get tested ideally rule something out and get that issue off of your list of possibles! You'll sleep better knowing one way or the other, truly.

I'm not really worried about the spots. Not that I wanted to be diagnosed with MS, I was just hoping to have some answers about this neuropathy. My neuro keeps reminding me that I may never know the cause. This frustrates me!

you can also get them from past migraines.

after 10 years im still being sent for tests when something changes. this time its test for muscles enzymes, a new mri of my cervical spine and ssep (evoked potentials). this due to my new symptom of my legs basically locking up on me 2x and also the increasing symptom of my legs feeling very heavy when i walk any distance. first it was running that did that, then it was fast walking and now its walking regular pace that does it. nothing is expected to be found but a few things will be ruled out.
