edit to add- sorry for posting this here. I mean emg studies on the spine- I meant to post in general neuropathy
Hello, I live in Canada. Here only specialized MD's can do needle EMG studies. I would like to go to the US to get a thorough job done. Can physical therapists do this This? Do you know about how much a visit to a Neurologist in the US would cost? thanx Last edited by trappednerve; 09-04-2011 at 04:32 AM. Reason: oops wrong forum |

--have at least one neurologist who does nerve conduction and EMG studies, though the skill and interpretation varies considerably form person to person/office to office.
Some physiatrists and orthopedists in specialized practices also do them. |

I second Bob's (nide44) recommendation. Hopkins has an excellent Neuro dept.
