Hi Everyone,
I've just joined this board after checking out lots of the posts here. Tomorrow I'm going shopping for B12! I have poorly controlled type 2 diabetes and in 2008 had Miller Fisher Syndrome. I have recurring severe periphal neuropathy in my feet - I always wear socks as my feet become very sore if left uncovered. Reading one of the postings in the B12 Sticky I was thinking "this person has my feet" - burning/cold, hypersensitivity, intermittent sharp pain - everything I am having! The last check I had post MFS the neuro said my foot issues were probably diabetes related and made no suggestions or recommendations. My feet are now keeping me awake and causing me a fair amount of anxiety and distress. I am currently not working and am finding it very hard to apply myself to job seeking when I'm so tired and upset. Apart from the B12, what pain killers can you recommend? |
