Some people find using magnesium topically to be useful.

We have posts on this here on PN and at the Vitamin forum.

There is one poster on Headache who uses magnesium oil orally!

I now use a lotion called CVS Epsom lotion, and find it works very well.

Soaking in epsom salts has traditionally been a very useful way to get magnesium as well.
