Default Red/purple Feet and now Knees

Hey, my second post here - male 50 years old - somewhat a non-convincing diagnosis of PN - eeg? shows large fiber problem in calve?

I've been to dermatologist/neurologist/kidney doc

My problem started almost overnight - burning sensation on feet - spread - turned red - cramping almost all night long both calves. Everything is bilateral

now, two days ago, i'm seeing this red/purple (depending on light) on my knees also.

I searched for red/purple on the forum and couldn't find anything similar.

Does skin color changes like this exist with PN? and in both places?
