Crazy Feeling crummy latly

I have been on coumadin for my DVT since the beginning of may, the DVT isnt gone yet and is dissolving from the inside out so the size hasnt really gone down so neither has the discomfort. I have felt really crummy the last week or so, stomic is messed up, head is hurting or fuzzy, today i found out my INR is 4.7 and it freaked me out! It took me 2 weeks longer than expected to get to a good INR level and now im too high, the doctor didnt change my dose but i have to back to get tested wednesday. Does anyone else experiance side effects from the coumadin like, stomic issues, heat sensivity and headachs? I know my neuropthy messes with my blood pressure and body temp but not ushally this much...just trying not to stress about it, when i stress everything gets worse. Its hard to figure out what is causing what side effect!! Advise needed!
