Default MRI Results

My new neurologist is confident that my B12 is now controlled and is looking for a new cause for my problems, so he sent me for an MRI the results are.
Bulging discs C 3/4 4/5 5/6 6/7 and slight canal stenosis
Narrowing L 2/3 3/4 along with Bulging discs and slight canal stenosis.
No cord lesion identified.
No wonder I wake up every morning and have to get out of bed because of pain.
So how this relates to my short term paralysis I dont know, and I am not having my SSEP and review with my Neurologist till the 16th of April.
