Yes, thanks for that!

I have this information on my D thread in the Vitamin forum.

It just blows my mind that doctors will test for D levels, and then use the poor performing D2 treatment, still!

I guess their teachers at the CMEs they attend for licensure renewal are not keeping up to date at all!

It is the same for B12 testing and treatment too!

What about sunlight? I get all my D from sunshine in the summer.
