I just did a search of all of NT for spasm supplement. It appears magnesium may be what you're looking for. There are many threads/posts; here are a few:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/sh...asm#post163228 http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/post130389-25.html http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/sh...ent#post100393 You can also Google: spasm supplement and find many more suggestions. As far as prescribed meds, I've tried/used Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine), Valium (diazepam), Robaxin (Methocarbamol), Soma (carisoprodol), Xanax (alprazolam). All have worked well, (Valium and Xanax are generally used as tranquilizers, but also work as muscle relaxers) but some can pack a wallop if you're not used to them. Doc
