Do your feet turn red and hot when the pain is bad, especially after walking or standing a long time? Could be Erythromelalgia if it gets bright red.

Hello RoseThorn:
Thanks for the tip! I've read about the said condition and that doesn't really describe my scenario. My pain is all invisible, no swelling/redness however my soles can feel warm, but my guess is that they always did, even before I considered them painful? I remember seeing a video of a teenage girl at youtube with symptoms that you describe, she had the same diagnosis. I believe she got excellent relief from methadone after many failed drug therapies - not endorsing this, just passing it along. Take Care, JB |
