Thanks!
mrsD I have been taking the Slowmag and have found definite positive results! I started with just one slow mag dailty and have been taking it in the morning for three weeks now and have found that my arms and hands do not get no where near as cold as they had been. It is amazing this is the best result I have ever gotten from a supplement. I have been in agony with flare-ups lately but not with the feeling of icey-ness. Thank you so much. I will really have to look into more of the other supplements you have recommended for me when we finally balance our budget - thanks again! |

This is a good start, then!
I'd increase to two a day, one in the morning and one at night. Think about getting a magnesium lotion or cream. Rubbing it in may help too.

Yes, at times. Since I got the lotion, I use oral less.
I also eat foods high in magnesium. Magnesium does not lower normal blood pressure, only if elevated. It does this by relaxing the smooth muscle around the arteries so they are more normal and not constricted. SlowMag was designed to be used twice a day. 2 tablets provide just less than 1/2 of the RDA for adults.

Okay I will surely change and begin taking two aday and hopefully it will help ease my BP as well. I would love it if you could recommend a few high magnesium foods.
I (or my husband) looked in three locations for a lotion with magnisium, with no luck. So it would seem for my area I must order it on line. But I did find a lotion with l-arginine and have not felt much difference when I used it ( applied to one arm only). I am not sure what to expect - Do I apply it mutliple times? or just once? How thick? Well, Thank you for all!!!!!!! |

I personally recommend Cayenne ( Capsaicin active ingredient) for improvement of blood circulation. I take one pill with each meal a day. Don't take without food! You will get bad heart burn.
Capsaicin acts to reduce platelet stickiness. It also helps with poor circulation, heart disease, pain, sore throat and headaches. Cayenne is considered as an excellent blood circulation stimulant. Much better than milk thistle. Cayenne increases your blood circulation very quicly after taking it. It has helped me with my circulation issues. Also my cholesterol levels are excellent which I credit cayenne to some extent. That, a few other beneficial supplements and a healthier life style. My wife takes it too. She has vestibular migraines and cayenne has aided her with her frequent headaches. There is plenty of information on the web that you can check out for yourself on cayenne. Good luck.
