Lightbulb New Year's Health Resolutions

Happy New Year!

Do you have any new year's resolutions related to PN or your health? Mine are:

1) Start a detailed health journal. I've lost a few key breakthroughs I think because I didn't take full notes on new ideas I tried.

2) Take more anti-oxidants. I want to take more kinds; larger doses of what I've already tried; and take them in better combinations with other supplements for maximum effect.

3) Research mega dosing. I'm interested in trying high doses of some supplements (e.g., Mg, Vit-C, etc.).

Good luck to you in 2012 with your peripheral neuropathy recovery!

Default

I am not big on NY resolutions. I guess cause I feel most people don't keep them. I will state some things I have been working on in general but really want to push more
Follow through more with goals
Be more positive
Eat healthier
Be more consistent
Have better relationships
Volunteer, take a class, maybe a pt job this though is not about will but more the issue if I can with the condition. Still a goal
Ok Happy and Healthy New Year all! I hope it is a better one for all. I know if it is healthier it will be happier!!!
